    ... to order a Kraken with Volcano heads instead of the standard ones? I know I can just order a set of Eruption kits and do it myself, but then I wind up with a set of heads that I won't be using.

    Yes, you should be able to do that by emailing. I've done that for a number of customers that have ordered through my site (http://filastruder.com)
