Hello, I am hoping to get some help with an issue I am having with my BigBox Hybrid Pro and I use Simplify3D. I had printed out the boat and some other stuff and I thought I had it working until I tried to print a clip. It should have looked like this: However I got this. I tried varying several settings and nothing has seemed to help. I then printed a 20 mm X 20 mm x 20 mm calibration cube and the X and Z axis were a couple of thousandths of an inch high but nearly right on. The Y axis was at 18 mm. Shown in the photos below. Any help would be much appreciated. I am new to the kit 3d printers so my knowledge is not the best.
