    Presenting my first successful print:

Yeah I gotta tweak a bit but I am pretty pleased with the result. Especially the overhangs above the eyes and on the ears are much better than what I was able to produce with my UM2...

Gonna have to print one. That's come out so well and I really wondered about the overhangs above the face.

    Ok I tried it

No problem with ooze bucket but I realised I would at least need a bucket twice as tall because the purged filament hit the ground and then a blob it built at the top over and over again. So I removed the bucket. Well the bottom was covered with purged filament but no problem so far.
The real problem was the sample filament kinking behind. I tried to avoid it before if left the printer last night but obviously I didn't succeed...

That looks nasty .. the mess, not the model. That's clearly a modified Marvin model too, where's that from?

I tried Marvin, making it my first print with a 0.1 layer on the BB:

This so reminds me of the Pixie Sticks game we use to play as kids... [IMG]

I made a Marvin a big brother. 0.15mm layer. I printed two, but printed too much support on the first. Took control of supports myself for this one.
