    Hi Krakenites!(Krakenzens, Krakeners, etc)

Can the Kraken's heater cartridges be run at 24V?

I don't see any linear rail connections on the Kraken itself. Am I missing it or is it not on the part itself? Can anyone recommend a good Kraken direct drive mount? I saw this one:

which I like because it's direct drive :) Though it looks kind of annoying to modify the gcode for that. I'm planning on potentially doing some flexible filaments like Ninjaflex.

How large of a water reservoir is recommended for bulletproof operation? Is there an ambient temperature at which the water doesn't transfer enough heat? I'm planning on having the water run through a heated enclosure, I assume that water's high thermal insulation will keep it from becoming ineffective.

I don't believe so, I think they are standard 12V cartridges. I bought some special 24V cartridges last year when I blew a 12V running it on 24v.

I run a Rostock delta so can't help on the mount. The Kraken has 4 threaded holds for mounting.

I use a 1l reservoir and run all day with no problems.
