I have never liked how I have had to lean over to the back of the BigBox to feed new filament in. Since modifying to the Hybrid where the job of feeding in the bowden extruder is even more tricky I decided to make a simple change. I purchased a lazy susan bearing (16" / 401mm) for about £20 (that would have been about $30 last week, but about $25 this week) and mounted it on an MDF bed for the Bigbox to sit on. I can now easily rotate the who unit around to get to the rear without any stretching required.
Add a slip-ring for BigBox power and add a motor and leave it spinning while it prints! (just kidding)
