Ok bit of a strange one, after a print has ended the Bigbox starts to cool down then after a couple of degrees in temp drop the LCD display freezes. The printer looks to still be cooling down but the temperature readout on the display does not change. I can't access any of the menus with the dial either at this point. The only way around it is to hit the small white reset button on the rumba board. The LCD display then unfreezes showing the correct current temperature. So far I've tried reinstalling the firmware, any help would be greatly received
I've never seen this behaviour myself, but was curious and went looking. Closest I could find to what you describe is this https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin/issues/2161. No idea if that will help at all (probably not)...
