I'm not sure how practical these ideas are for the machine room making it but here goes..
Holding the block firmly while changing nozzles and not disrupting the tape that is holding the thermistor in place is difficult. Could a slot be made in the underside to insert a screwdriver?
Could it be worked out that the nozzle and the heat gap screw independently lock against the block?
That way by using a screwdriver inserted into the block from below the nozzle could be changed without interfering with any of the upper part of the assembly.
Additionally 2 tools could be made available. One would be a perfect fit for the screwdriver slot and the other a hex soket wrench for the nozzle. Both would have short handles for easy access.
Its only 7 months to Xmas :)

I have found that an adjustable wrench for the heat body and a socket for the nozzle works well enough.
You just need to be careful on where you put the adjustable wrench and how far you push it on.
Using those those tools I have not had a problem changing out a nozzle.
