So I had my nozzle clog up half way through a 12 hour print and I think I can salvage it by modding the GCODE, but I'm trying to figure out the best way to manually re-home after having to restart. Tips for this?

You'd be better off removing the print. Measure the height to the last layer, print the rest of the model then glue the two together.

You may have to sand the top of the failed print flat to get the two to go together.
