Is the use of carbon fiber filled copolyester filament like XT-CF20 crucial for the function and safety of the ASMBL tool?

Could it be printed in PC blend, ASA or even PETG without the carbon fiber?

The idea is to reduce flex (increased stiffness) and reduce weight.
Nylon is one of the lightest polymers we can print, and the CF adds considerable stiffness.

PC is rather stiff, I would choose that over the softer ASA and the Heavy PETG. Reduced stiffness could theoretically mean more tool deflection when machining, but it is probably a minor amount.
