Have a question about the Tool Offset

T0 - T2 are normal E3DV6, tool changes between each other still work

T3 is an different Tool with longer heat block, here I got a crash, every time I do a change to T3 after Home UXYZ or using an other tool

    Code:
    ;tool offsets
    G10 P0 X-9 Y39 Z-13.30 ; T0
    G10 P1 X-9 Y39 Z-13.15 ; T1
    G10 P2 X-9 Y39 Z-13.80 ; T2
    G10 P3 X-9 Y39 Z-29.75 ; T3
Is there max. Offset for Z?

Are you accounting for the offset in your tpreX.g files? There is a big blazing warning text in the stock E3D RepRapFirmware files about this:

    https://github.com/e3donline/RepRapFirmware-SD/blob/master/sys/tpre0.g

You need to make sure you move Z down enough to give enough clearance for the tool. Since the default is only 10mm and your tool is about 16mm longer you're going to get a crash.
