Hey I am missing one of the x pulley's GT2 things and also the grub screws for my dual extruder to hold/adjust the hot ends, should have been in the stretch missing items box but it wasn't in the little bag in there. Emailed support (support@bigbox-3d.com)on Saturday and Sunday but no response yet, what is the estimated time to reply anyone know? They have had a full working day and I am worried I have emailed the wrong mailbox or something stupid and my build is on hold for no reason etc...
They have been quite quick to get back, although I suspect today was a big wrench in the works due to the whole acrylic thing.
Thanks Henry, I'll wait until tomorrow and then email again. Just saw the email going out, feel lucky that all my acrylic arrived in one piece!
