Last year I printed this model at 300% on my K8200 for my wife for her desk at work and it was one of her favorites. Then one of her coworkers broke one of the front legs so she wanted me to print a new one.So I printed it at 400% on the BigBox. A real tree frog this big would be pretty creepy.

    Model: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18479
    Scale: 400%
    Filament: Velleman Green PLA
    Temperature: 190 c
    Layer Height: .20 mm
Infill: 60% to protect against the co-workers

It took 32 hours and 40 minutes to print and weighs about a pound. So just about a 1/2 spool of filament.

One of the perks of the greenhouse effect I think ;).
    BTW: looks good.

Wow nice print, and a lot of filament!

When are you doing the dual color frog? :)

After my car (see the 'Auto Parts' post) is off to the body shop and I get back from a big vacation. So, maybe some time in May. I'm not sure I'll make it quite so big though.
