Need Help With Missing Parts!

    Hello, I was speaking with a member from the E3D team in regards to some missing parts and they sent me to the forum page to see if somebody can help me out! I am missing some printed parts for my big box pro build and I am nearly complete. What I am missing is the printed parts needed for the spool carrier clamp as well as 4 z axis top caps.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot!

    Where are you located? If you happen to be in the San Francisco Bay Area I'd be happy to print them for you.

    I am in Canada, but I can pay for the shipment that is not a problem. It would be great if you can print these parts for me as E3D does not provide them.

    I think I will let someone from Canada reply, as I think it will be much quicker to ship. So E3D forgot to include those parts but they will not ship to you? I had a some missing parts with my BB and E3D was able to ship to me.

    Hi Moshen, would you still be able to print 4 z axis top caps for me? I found a solution for the spool clamp but I cannot get a hold of any top caps so I will need them to be printed by somebody. Please let me know what how much this will cost and I have no issue getting this shipped to my location in Canada. Thanks a lot for the consideration

    Just to clarify, you bought a BigBox, and they didn't send you all the parts, so they sent you to the forum to ask people to help you? Is that right?

    That's what he claims even in PM. If that's true I'm disappointed with the support from BigBox team. Perhaps there's another side to the story, but either way I will send him the parts.

    We send missing parts out, I have no problem with and do do just that.....

    Yes, I can attest my own experience with E3D/BigBox support has been stellar. :D

    I think the OP needs to add a bit more detail to this thread.

    E3D have always stepped up to sort out any missing part issues so what exactly was different in this case?
