    Hey-
Does anyone know what nozzle size is included by default in the Titan i3 upgrade kit? I'm trying to get my printer calibrated, and the calculated E-Steps just isn't working for me.

I am using 1/32 microstepping - and I've calculated the E-Steps at 912. I've even upped it to 1012 and still not getting enough filament. The stepper isn't missing steps either.

I'm thinking that the "0.4" I've put in for the nozzle size isn't correct - can anyone clarify for me what is the default shipped in the kit?

    Thanks-

I think it is 0.4mm since that is the default for v6 and upgrade description doesn't call out any difference. look at the nozzle. How many dots are on the sides? Should have 3 for a 0.4mm.

    What stepper are you using?

    Nozzle size doesn't affect steps/mm.

The stepper I'm using is the one that came with the kit. Only thing I'm doing differently from the wiki is that I'm doing 1/32 microstepping. Still getting a LOT less extrusion than I should be...
Anything I should be checking in Slic3r perhaps?
