My E3D v5 bowden hot end only gets to 134deg with the fan on!!

Is it something I did? I had a terrible time getting the thermistor to stick.

Photo? There's a gap between the heatsink and heat block, right?

Hi Tim, it is so covered with tape you cannot see it.

The Kapton tape would not stick to the heater block so it was very hard to make it stick.

If the tape wouldn't stick to the block, you either need new tape, or to have cleaned the block beforehand and not get finger oils on it.

There should be a gap of at least 3mm between the block and the heatsink. Is that the case?
