So what speeds are people printing at? I think I might be a little conservative with my print speeds, PLA for example I might be down at 40mm/s for fine, smaller objects but never print above 50mm/s.

Are people printing faster, clearly I can try this but wondered if people have found a loss of quality and how they have arrived at their "standard" settings.

To print faster are people upping temps, any other settings?

    Many thanks

Printing at 60mm/s here as default, would only adjust temp a bit if I was doing very smaller layer heights.

Most slicers have settings to ensure that if the layer is quite quick it slows down so I wouldn't ever make it slower for small prints, just check my min layer times are set right!

Also I have adjusted my acceleration setting from 400 to 1000 and I am still having good results printing.

You just need to experiment and see what looks good when printing as every printer is different :)

I'm print some quality black PLA at 75mm/s. Had to crank the extruder up to 210C and tighten the spindle tension, but so far so good.
