What would be a recommended material for replacing the x-carriage? Also is there a recommended material for all the mother parts? Obviously EDGE will be a good choice when it is available!

I only ask as I have taken a little more off the ID of the x-carriage location for the 2nd hot end than I would've liked, it will still work but I would prefer to replace it in the long run..... plus COLOURS!!

I would imagine you would want something high temp around the nozzles, I believe I read that somewhere, but other than that, ABS or PET would be obvious choices, someone did print all of them in carbon fiber (looks freaking awesome) and they said those parts weren't too rigid to clamp down.
