    Hi all,

The PTFE tubing in my new v6 is so tight it won't actually insert through the collet.

Any tips on how I can fix this?

    Cheers

    Joe

Have you measured the ID of the collet (small drill bits handy for this) and the OD of the ptfe, digital calipers are £10 ish these days.

Assumed that the ptfe isn't oval? especially at the end where it is cut.

Is this with the collect inserted, maybe making the ID smaller (although it is hard to imagine this).

Hi, no I haven't measured the diameters, I do have digital calipers though so will take a look.

The PTFE shouldn't be oval as it was supplied with the kit.
