In terms of filaments and giving off fumes, with ABS I can imagine its not great to print in an unvented room, with PLA and you mentioning EDGE, is it ok to print in a room that you are also sitting in (with or without window open)?

What material would you suggest printing the parts for the dual in?

With that revision you mentioned, is that something where we can print parts to make it work, or does it require a new big box, acrylic panels etc.?

Since you're talking to all these polymer scientists, will you ask about solvents for vapour smoothing EDGE ? ;)

How has your print farm been operating?

Did you experience any of these Z issues or Glass bed issues there?

Is it still kicking out parts 24x7 ?

Sorry another Q after your last comment about solvents, whats the best way to post process EDGE (i.e. I want a mirror finish, is it filler and car clear lacquer or something else?)

And secondly, glueing multiple EDGE parts together to make a larger model?

Do you swap the beds after printing in the print farm to make it go faster or remove parts each time?

What's the next big thing in the 3D space that excites you after you successfully wrap up this campaign?

I ordered the bigbox dual at the end of December.. Would it be reasonable to assume shipping before April?

BTW, You guys are handling things very well. It's been great watching this all come together.

Do any of these big things include upgrades to support any sort of CNC/milling etc.? PCB making etc.

Cool to hear about Poseidon - we wrote a similar system to make local calls to octoprint over HTTP Requests a while ago.
What's interesting is that you have the tools to add a "snow plow" in front of your extruders to clear the bed at the end of the job and the bed has been cooled using gcode, and you can even synchronize the dump to the position of a conveyor belt with aforementioned tub.

If someone did get something terribly stuck to the glass, is there a heat/cool or other process they should try to save their bed?

Saw both things you mentioned, thanks.

That's what I was getting at, based off my experiences with heated glass and PLA, that PLA would adhere very well when the glass was hot but naturally come loose after cooling down, so minimal force would be required to push it off.

I joined the call late, so I might have missed it earlier. How are things coming with shipping out boxes again?

I joined late... so I'll look to see the details about the rods/nuts etc, I'm sure that was asked about earlier and I missed it.

    Great job guys!
