I recently got the e3d volcano and printed about 10-20 hours with it, all seemed to be going good but now I can't get any prints to come out without looking like this...

It seems like half way into every print it starts over extruding, its not in my slicer or gcode, its something with the extruder itself and I have no clue how to fix this, very frustrating. I've tried cleaning out the nozzle but the plastic seems to come out the end just fine so I have no clue what to do to fix this...

It looks like the change happens when there is a change in the position of the new layer transition. Is there any temperature change that is happening there? Fan turning on? What about if you do it to a cylinder in vase mode?
