Redesign Seriously Needed!

    I find it absurd that the nut holders where the drive attaches to the X axis plate have such thin, easy to break dog ears holding them on. Looking at this part it is clear that material that could have been left that would have at least helped give more support was ground off for no other reason than appearance. Regardless, even with that small amount that was shaved off for aesthetics the ears are still far to thin to be functional and there is zero reason why these areas could not have been machined with either more material (even 1 more mm would help), or better yet with a solid core and threads cut right into the aluminum chassis. As is it really makes me wonder if the designer has a clue how a mechanical locking system should work?
