    Hi all,

I've been trying to search some info on the internet about this without success and I thought more people would be interested. My order shipped 03/03/2014 and I didn't get it yet (I suppose it's normal though). Does somebody know how long does it usually take for this kind of shipping to arrive to US? I know Airmail says around 7-10 days, and that it doesn't take into account customs. Just wondering what the general experience is.

It's the last part to get my printer running and I can't wait to have this jewel in my possession. :)

When I ordered from E3D, it was 14 days via "Airsure", or Royal Mail.

But now i'm a US distributor of E3D parts - so if you need any spares I'm happy to help! The website is www.filastruder.com.

    Hi All,

Airmail is an economy shipping service and not tracked - generally speaking it is not any slower than "International Signed For" (ISF), it is just not tracked.

From my observations, ISF takes 5 working days and so Airmail should be about the same time but they can be up to 2 weeks. With that said, we have had packages going to Europe take up to 3 weeks to arrive although this is very rare, and I would like to reiterate my apologies to any customer that has experienced delays. :|

In the rare case that the package does take longer than this, it almost always turns up at either one end or the other and so we are able to re-send the package or refund the purchase.

Either way, I am very keen to hear from you guys about your experiences with the various postal services we offer. This will enable me to look at dropping services or adding additional ones to improve our customer experience. :D

I think it's normal and I'm not really concerned yet. I just wanted to know. USPS can be awful sometimes with some packages and areas.

I was so much wanting it (and hearing how good is the product) that I ordered a second one through FedEx that should arrive today. I already knew I wanted to eventually upgrade to two extruder so it's not a problem.

Thank you very much for the support, I'll let you know when the other one arrives and report back with my experience.

I did know about you guys but I didn't notice you were distributors. Good to know. I will order from you for the third extruder. ;)

Eih! Sorry it took that long to answer. I've been insanely busy... Anyways, the two hotends arrived perfectly. The FedEx one arrived here in 3 days as expected. The Royal mail one arrived like two days later (around the 03/19/2014). It was in the end like 3 weeks and a half.

By the way, the product is just amazing. Thank you very much for the great product.
