    Have allot of problems with printing scaffold.

    The main problem is underextrusion that is getting worse until it completly stops. in most cases this already happens on the second layer

    When I do manual extrusion it extrudes pretty normally, but when I print the quality degrades to pretty much zero

    I have tried everything i can think off:

    * temps from 190 to 230 (230 acutally held out the longest)
    * changed extrusion multiplier from 70 % to 150 %
    * very slow print speed
    * ram purge scripts rips up the filament
    * cleaned the nozzle
    * printing a single object out of scaffold
    * turned off retraction (due to filament ripping)

    This is what it looks like when I pull it out. the bend is pretty much right after the extruder wheel and its soft right up until the heatbreak.

    insufficient cooling of the heatbreak ?

    Can't open the image you posted. Maybe the same problem as other people have, not being able to upload?

    How?

    I've yet to actually try using scaffold, though I bought some. Any tips would be welcome :)
