These worked awesome guys! Thank you both for designing and sharing! (Note: A few were a little tight, but that was caused by the molded bits weren't sitting well -- showing the variance in perspex thickness. I ground part the lip off a few of the nut traps with a dremel so they'd seat better on the thickest pieces in my kit)
I printed these with the following settings layer height 0.25mm, 3 top and 3 bottom layers, 3 perimeter shells and 15% infill but I'm struggling to get them in with the bolt tightened. Did I use the wrong settings or do I need to remove the bolt push the trap in and then retighten the bolt?
As @mike01hu says. You will not be able to push inn after. They are made to lock in the nut and trap before screwing in the screw. I tweaked the size for the KS 1.0 nut traps. I believe E3D made a revised nut trap that did not loosen and fall out as much as the original. This trap might be more tight.
Soon after I started this thread, Stian Indal Haugseth posted his improved version. I was redoing some parts on my BigBox so I finally replaced some of my retainers with Stian's. Very nice! Super clean looking. I've linked his design at the top of the thread. Recommended! You can download Stian's retainers here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1515409
