Hello all! I am having a strange issue with my newly installed Titan on a bowden setup with V6 hotend. The printer is a i3-clone and didn’t have any problem with the stock extruder + v6 so I am 90% sure the culprit is the Titan. Basically, everytime the filament gets retracted during a print, I get two loud squeaking noises in sequence; this seem to happen regardless of the retraction distance and speed (it just changes pitch and duration). I have a very recent Titan (bought last week) so I doubt the problem has to do with the whole ‘bearing gate’ affair. I have already tried to take it apart and back together a couple of times to make sure the gear was aligned flush to the pinion, the extruder was centered to the support and the bowden tubing was inserted all the way in and safely locked in place. I also tried to adjust the tension with the thumb screw, but again it changes the noise’s pitch but won’t solve the problem. I am totally out of ideas... any one got suggestions? Thanks in advance
