This is going on for a couple of days (less than a week) but i got a weird z-axis issue

most prints are too high; difference gets bigger when the prints are higher

a 12 mm print clocks in at 12.3, but a 51,50 mm print became a 56 mm print, almost 10% too high

I have no idea how this could happen, has anyone else had this problem ?

esteps have not changed, still 1600

This is a stupid question but your not scaling anything in S3D right?

It's a bug in Marlin, trying to fool people. :)
Serious advice is to multiply the amount of layers with layer height to see if it's a slicer issue.
