I recently bought a E3D Titan Aqua. It is equipped with a PT100-type thermistor and i am using the Motor which was shipped by E3D. A Duet3D is used as a Controller.
Trying to print ABS at 210° C, the Titan Aqua is grinding a dent halfway through the filament after very few minutes on every print. I am using 1.75mm filament.

I have tried every possible tightening-strength on the filament-lever thumbwheel from almost loose to very tight.

Retraction is currently set to 1mm. I read on the Troubleshooting Wiki this might still be a bit too much, however it was set to 2.5mm before and changing it to 1mm didn't make any difference so far.

Any idea, suggestions what else to try?

    Thanks!
