I am assembling My Titans on my Big Box Dual v1.1

I seems to be missing a spacer for the motor so that the pinion gear ends up flush with the drive gear. I have no way to print the part they suggest they posted on thingverse. What are my options? I would think the the Dual v1.1 Titan kit should come with all the parts to assemble.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

I didn't need a spacer on my 1.1. Which extruder is it, the direct or the Bowden? In either case you should be able to get the gear in the correct position when the motor is placed against the back panel of the BigBox or the X carriage mount, maybe a picture would help to show your problem
    ?

that is with the pinion bottomed out against the motor. that is clearly not going to work.

ok. thank you but, this is a dual. is there supposed to be two of the 3d printed part that goes between the motor and titan?

Nope the V1.1 has a hybrid head. That means you have one direct extruder, the Titan mounted in the head that direct one, and one bowden extruder. Your second Titan goes to the back plane of the box...

yeah, for instance... no pics show the direction of the plug on the motor in the assembly.

It should face towards the left side of the printer looking from the front - I'll post a picture of mine shortly if that will help.
