Trying to order.

    Looking at the stuff on the order page and I do not see a bed heater for the US market. Any US buyers out there? What did you do?

    I had the same. Ring them when they're next in the office, Monday now. Or send an email. I'm not in the US, but it just came down to the fact the item wasn't visible to my user ID.

    It's a bank holiday so no one will be in until tuesday. Let me see what I can do though.....

    Hey Guys - I'm excited to finally be able to get an order in on this! Unfortunately I don't think I am not seeing everything on the parts page. I can't seem to find the following pieces: Motion System, ToolChanger Tool Head, Duet Wiring Loom, and Blank Tool Plate. Is there another link I missed?

    You may have to contact them directly to get them to open the links for you as I did.

    I have the same problem, the Key products area is empty I only see Essential Extras.
    I got my "Ready to Order" Mail yesterday.
