is V6 Plated Copper HeaterBlock better then the Aluminium one in terms of helping to prevent nozzle leaks, as an it will keep non brass material nozzles like harden steal and tungsten carbide in the heat block well due to property of copper vs Aluminium? i have had non-brass nozzle leak often but when using brass ones no leak i dont know why i got a tungsten carbide nozzle from Spool3d, got another one from 3DmakerEngenering, and a e3d nozzle X from a reseller on amazon. they all leaked no clue why, but the 2 brass ones i got from prusa for my mk3s i have not had any leaks
There is a process called "hot tightening", that you probably didn't do based on your description. Maybe you want to take a read: https://wiki.e3d-online.com/E3D-v6_Assembly#Final_Tightening
