Hi I am hoping someone might be able to shed some light on what is going on with my printer as I am a bit stumped. Apologies if I am posting in the wrong area.

I have a Hypercube evo / Fusion with genuine e3D v6 Gold hotend, e3D 0.4 hardened steel nozzel, clone BMG extruder with brand new genuine capricorn ptfe tube and I am still getting the prints come out really bad where they are not being extruded properly after the 1st few layers.

Here is a image of what is happening.
    stopped extruding

I thought it might have been a cheap bowden tube but it is the same after changing it out. I have done 2 cool pulls of the filament and nothing looks wrong. Checked the BMG drive gear no bound up filament on the teeth and have tried 2 different brands of PLA and a roll of PETG all have the same issue but yet I can manually push the filament through with no issues and get the duet board to extrude it also it just seems to be when it is printing.

It has in the past been printing ok apart from stringing.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

What temperature are you trying to print at? What material? Have you got an alternative nozzle to test, just in case there's some foreign material in the nozzle; would be good to rule out the nozzle. Are you printing with different materials in the same nozzle and not properly clearing the nozzle each time?
