We've been playing around with our new shipment of Bridge Nylon from Taulman3d today, and we're really impressed. We've been printing a bunch of finger bits for the flexy hand on thingiverse. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:242639 [youtube]T5cUmg2uByE[/youtube] Here's a video of how well support material removes and how well it sticks to the new Tufnol beds for nylon we've got in. Bridge is a complete breath of fresh air in terms of ease of printing, it is much much nicer on the adhesion and warping fronts making it really quite easy to print. Additionally it doesn't absorb as much moisture as the other nylons so you don't need to be so precious about storage. We printed these at 245C at the hotend, and 100C on the bed. As well as the fingers we've printed some nice flexible ratcheting hose clamps for our home brewing operations: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:28447 The materials is everything you would expect from a Nylon, extremely tough, awesome layer adhesion, and remains flexible even through repetitive bends. We're really excited about what we can do with this stuff! Sanjay

Re: [VID] Taulman Bridge Printing Experiences (with Supports What styles of beer do you brew? I just finished carbonating a Black Wit beer.
Re: [VID] Taulman Bridge Printing Experiences (with Supports At the moment we have a Graff, a porter, a Citra/Amarillo IPA and just pitched yeast into a simple English ale yesterday! I have one more fermenter sitting spare however...
Re: [VID] Taulman Bridge Printing Experiences (with Supports Nice collection you got there. 19L batches? or 4L? This was the best beer I've made so far, though I did a 3 hour batch sparge http://beerrecipes.org/showrecipe.php?recipeid=1209 Delicious but dangerous.
Re: [VID] Taulman Bridge Printing Experiences (with Supports @ Sanjay have you done ANY nylon printing by bowden?
