Does anyone know how to get a hold of someone in the warranty side? I have 3 new hot-ends that easily stripped hex screws and one brass nozzle broke while putting together. Trash. Weak parts or a bad batch was given to the re seller I went to.

Work with makerfarm. What leads you to believe there was a defect in the part? Did you follow the assembly instructions?
