Hi, I want to know maximum extrusion rate in Titan Aero 1.75mm. Please let me know up to which i can go in mm^3 / sec. Extrusion rate in mm^3 / Sec = (pi/4) * (nozzle dia)^2 * (feed rate). And let me know how to find feed rate (in mm/s) for specific Printing speed (in mm/sec). I want to find how fast my printer can print with this extruder. Regards, Kishan

Extrusion rate is limited by the hot side, not the extruder, generally speaking. v6 hotside components do about 8-12 mm^3/sec. Converting that to mm/sec is simple, you provided the formula for it already.

How Feed rate is associated with Printing Speed and layer height is there any formula ? I want to identify my maximum printing speed @specific Layer height(0.2) and @8mm^3/s Extrusion.

You already provided the formula for that, I don't know why you're asking when you already provided the formula? Though to be precise the (pi/4) * (nozzle dia)^2 term in your formula should be replaced by the extrusion width defined in your slicer times layer height. But either method will get you a reasonable estimate.

ive printed up to 60mm3/s using a volcano and a 1.2mm nozzle. i doubt anyone can get much higher than that
