So was assembling the dump bucket and couldn't get one side into either the bracket or the dump bucket. Tried switching sides and it sure seemed thicker than the other. So grabbed some calipers. Yep, they are different thickness of Perspex! @Greg Holloway you guys may want to check if any other sheets are the wrong thickness? Some quick sanding brought it down to the right thickness to insert the part...
@Henry feldman That's the variation in the tolerance of the acrylic sheet. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about that. I will widen the slots in the wiper a little though.
Cast acrylic has a +/-10% thickness variation. Extruded acrylic has tighter tolerances, but significantly higher tendency to crack.
Just printed new Ooze bucket and wiper parts for the dual upgrade and even some sanding I'm struggling to get the holes aligned cause of the difference in thickness of the acrylic parts.
Currently, printing @Spoon Unit 's Ooze Mounting Brackets from Thingiverse to see if I can get this to work: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1416622
That's what I meant @Henry feldman I too filed, not sanded... Brain fart!!! @Spoon Unit THANKS!!! Just what I needed: http://www.thingiverse.com/make:206335
