    Hello,
I have a problem with the X-Axis Motor.
When I do Auto Home the Print Head is moving not in the correct way
along the x-axis. It stops sometime along x-direction

If from the Display I go to: Prepare -> Move Axis —> Move 10mm —> Move x
when I move left and right the internal circle of the motor box turn around
while the external ‘Motion Box’ circle doesn’t turn (see the video in attachment)

In the beginning when I received the printer I didn't have this problem.

How can I solve this problem?

I think your pulley is loose. It's the grey thing on the motor.
Check your screws and tighten them (perhaps even lost one) and be sure to 1st set 1 screw fix on the flat part of the axle.

    Yes! the bully was loose.
On the bully there are 2 holes. One is empty and one there is a screw loose.

So I set the screw fix on the flat part of the axle.
Now the the printer is ok!

    thanks!!!

PS. the second hole should be empty or I need to put another screw?

2 screws is correct but do up the one on the flat first.
