Hope for some help here. Am considering a Kraken + X3Pro for my large scale Core-XY build but would also like a full graphical display. Can anyone help by telling me which Displays will go on a X3Pro (if any that is) Panacut's web page doesn't really help here. TIA Doug
You can use Viki from their page. http://www.panucatt.com/product_p/vikilcd.htm On the back of your X3pro you can enable or disable the sdcard jumper. To use either the integrated card reader from x3, or the one from Viki. Use a switch instead of the jumper to use them both as you see fit. You can find more info about that jumper on YT. I know, support and documentation sucks, but they have great products. P.S. I'm building a core-xy too. How bigger scale you go with it?
I have actually decided to go with a DUE and RADDS Board with Extension module. As for size it will be 400x400x500 initially but will be able to increase the Z to 800-850 at a later date if needed (Will just have to replace my 600 long smooth rods with longer ones can get upto 1 meter lengths quite easily. ( I am using 12mm rods by the way 4 of them one in each corner of the bed) I am also using TR10x2 Trap leadscrews in a triangular configuration driven by a NEMA23 and a Closed GT2 Belt around all 3.
