SOLVED Y-Axis can´t drive forward, drives only to the back

    Hello,
    I just built the big box 3d. Now I tried to calibrate it.
    i got an issue with the stepper motor of the y-axis.
    It drives only to the back of the printer. If i try to drive the y-axis to the y-stop nothing happens.
    What´s going wrong? Is the stepper motor dead, has it a failure?
    Any suggestions?

    Is it plugged in the right way round at both ends ? and have you tried homing it ?

    Check the end-stop cables are plugged in correctly too.

    I plugged the endstop-cable to a wrong place.
    Now everything works fine.
